Art and Hinduism:

Teaching Hindu Mythological art drawings for 4 to 6 year old children

With Omkara Maha Ganapathy's blessings, together we can make a small difference in the minds of the tiny tots (4 to 6 year old children) in our HTCT community. Chitrakala paintings are a media for worship. Through their interactive sessions we hope to nurture the young minds by narrating simple mythological stories followed by a short Bhajan and art teaching. Our aim is to provide a holistic way of connecting with the divine. The main purpose of this program is to emphasize the unique relationship of art and Hinduism.

Please donate total of $25.00 to the temple for all 5 weekly online Zoom classes together. Classes are expected start from first week of April 2021.

Parents, please contact Subasri Pillai at 512-773-9697 or Latha Ramachandran at 512-468-2887 by calling or texting to enroll your children.

This is a special opportunity provided by Chitrakala Painings in Collaboration with Hindu Temple of Central Texas.
